This is my sonshine, Curtis. Being his mom has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my life. He has taught me so much about my capacity to unconditionally love without limits or hesitation. I see the world in color because of him. South Florida Autism Charter School (SFACS) is a tremendous part of our lives. It’s our safe space. It’s where we go and connect with others on the spectrum and to get educated on everything AUTISM. SFACS offers a freeedom rarely experienced any other place other than at home; it’s a home away from home.
